Always inspect hair and/or lashes before installing. Leave the complete bundle intact. If there are any issues with the hair, this is the time to take notice. Prior to installing your hair extensions for extra protection of your weft and helps to prevent any unnecessary/ unwanted shedding, KweenDome ALWAYS RECOMMENDS you SEAL your weft! This simple step eliminates shedding and promotes as well as extends the longevity of your investment.


Shipping & Processing

When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping is always free for orders over $150 and takes 2-3 business days.


Signing for your shipment: 

A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. If a package cannot be tracked and has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date please wait an extra 5 business days for it to arrive or for the status online to change. Although this is very rare it can happen. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate.


We do not cover lost packages nor are we responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please email us sales@kdvirginhair.com.



Shipping Information

Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.

Shipping information: Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 4:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. 


All express Shipments must be placed by 2pm EST. in order to be processed by 5pm EST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact KweenDome Virgin Hair Company to verify we have received your request.


KweenDome Virgin Hair Company is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.
