KweenDome Virgin Hair

We want you to love your hair! However there NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. If for any reason you need to exchange it, we exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included in its original state.


If you want to exchange an item you will need to e-mail sales or call our customer service number, please leave a message if no one is available.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed).

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges except in the unlikely event you received a damaged item. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and delivery condition as received.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please ensure to notify KweenDome within an appropriate time frame of 3 days post-delivery. Email at info@kdvirginhair.com.com, add to the subject line “LASH EXCHANGE” with your corresponding order number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.


Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange


To Exchange:
1. Items must be in its original condition as stated above

  1. Please print and fill out returns and exchanges form
  2. Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt
